The Quesada Pasiega is the most typical and representative dessert of the Valles Pasiegos. In El Andral it is made daily with freshly milked cow's milk from its own organic farm.
The smooth flavor, the juicy and dense texture, and the toasted surface, make our quesada an irresistible dessert.
JOSELIN 's is the story of three generations of Pasiego artisans up to the present day. Always with the criterion of making the best possible product, with the best raw materials and absolute respect for the ways of doing the family tradition.

PASIEGAS PASTA
Based on flour wheat , Butter (25%), sugar, egg , liquor (brandy and anise), are the pastas of the area. Very rich and nutritious. A taste that cannot be missed!
