VERMOUT SIDERIT
It has notes of intense mahogany red color with amber highlights without turbidity and low graduation.
Made from Pedro Ximénez grapes, macerated for two months with honey-bearing flowers and aged for three months in Spanish white oak barrels, which in their previous productive life had stored sherry for decades. In addition, this vermouth has half the sugars of a traditional one because they use a sweet wine for its preparation, instead of adding liquid caramel to the mixture. It is a vermouth without added sugars.
GIN SIDERIT HIBISCUS
Floral Gin distilled from rye alcohol. The hibiscus Sabdariffa plant is magical and exotic, native to tropical Africa and venerated by the Caribbean culture for its edible and aromatic calyx, as well as for its beneficial properties for health. The main characteristic of this floral gin, made in Cantabria, is its floral character thanks to a double maceration and a triple distillation in a fractional distillation column with reflux, in a complete equipment made of glass that eliminates unwanted flavors and odors. Each distillation in this equipment is equivalent to five distillations in a traditional still.BODEGAS SELDAIZ is a family business and Innovative with a pure vocation for the authentic.
